At Nono by Vivi, each product is created on demand after your order is confirmed. This manufacturing method allows us to offer original creations while limiting overproduction.
Preparation and manufacturing
After your order is confirmed, your product enters the preparation and manufacturing phase. Production time may vary depending on the type of product, the time of year, and the availability of materials.
The indicated delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly.
Delivery times
Once your order is manufactured, it is handed over to the carrier for shipment.
Delivery times depend in particular on:
- of the destination country;
- of the selected carrier;
- potential customs checks.
The usual delivery times are indicated when placing the order and in the shipping confirmation email.
Order tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the available tracking information.
We recommend that you verify that your delivery details are correct when placing your order. Nono by Vivi cannot be held responsible for any delays or delivery problems resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

International delivery
